Christiana Care, Community Health Outreach & Education – Avon Helping Hands for Breast Health

Avon Helping Hands for Breast Health–this program provides a breast health navigator to work with a women to eliminate barriers and assist with access to cancer screenings (breast). This program provides outreach education for seniors and women’s groups through a program “hats off” that dispells myths about breast health and cancer.
