Child Development Watch provides early intervention services for young children (birth to 3 years) who have or are at risk for having developmental delays. CDW works closely with the family to ensure that early identification and intervention are provided. Services include service coordination to monitor the child’s progress and referral to and monitoring of early intervention services for the eligible child.
