Cancer Care Connection (CCC) provides comprehensive information, support, resources, guidance, and referrals to people affected by cancer, including patients, caregivers, and family members. A CCC Cancer Resource Coach will address the needs of each caller and refer clients to resources using a database which contains over 1,000 local community providers, as well as selected websites and global information sources. The database includes a comprehensive collection of resources, ranging from home services to identifying clinical trials to dealing with practical everyday issues. A CCC Cancer Resource Coach is available to speak with clients Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. After 5:00pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays, callers may leave a message and a Cancer Resource Coach will return their call the following business day.
