Catholic Charities, Bayard House and Maternity Services – New Castle County

Bayard House is a licensed residential program providing service 24-hours, 7-days a week serving at-risk, homeless, pregnant, and new parenting adolescents and young women and their families.  The program aims to establish independent, self-sufficient families with healthy children and mothers in a safe homelike setting.  Bayard House also operates a diaper bank for low-income families.
