Outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy for persons with neurologic, orthopedic and other medical based injuries or illnesses. There are three locations, the Wilmington Hospital, Springside Plaza in Glasgow and Middletown at Sleepy Hollow Road. Each site offers therapists with specific training for those with neurologic needs.
