 Delaware 211 is a statewide, toll-free telephone information and referral service that provides Delawareans with information to over 2,200 health and human service programs.A full-member United Way Agency, assists people who are in a crisis or facing a problem in accessing needed community services.211 serves as the Stand By Me Delaware, Help Me Grow Program, Literacy hotlines and the Foster Care information link.
