Delaware Hospice, New Castle County

Delaware Hospice provides the highest quality hospice and healthcare services, and serves as a trusted community partner in end-of-life education and support. We provide hospice or palliative care in the family’s home, assisted living facility, and nursing home. The Delaware Hospice Center offers a higher level of specialized, 24-hour care to hospice patients who require symptom management. The Care Team consists of a nurse, nurse’s aid, social workers, chaplain, and volunteers in conjunction with the primary physician.
