Delaware Nursing Home Residents Quality Assurance Commission

The purpose of the commission is to monitor Delaware’s quality assurance system residents, in both private and state operated long term care and assisted living facilities To ensure complaints of abuse, neglect, mistreatment and financial exploitation are responded to in an effective and timely manner. The commission also  examines policies and procedures related to the quality of care for residents in long term care and assisted living, facilities.
