Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program provides rental subsidies to eligible low-income individuals and families to rent existing, privately-owned dwelling units in Kent and Sussex Counties. Vouchers are issued to qualified renters. Applications can be submitted on-line, via the DSHA website, destatehousing.com, or by contacting the Waiting List Office at 302-739-6940.
