Delaware Technical and Community College offers an intensive program of English as a Second Language for students or adults whose English is not their native language. There are three levels ESL classes in the programs – Beginning, Intermediate, and Advabced level. In each level. students will learn Grammar, Reading, Writing, Listening/Speaking. Upon completion of all required advanced level courses, students are awarded a certificate. If students wish to pursure a degree, DTCC offers an ESL for Degree Program course which prepares students for higher education here in the U., whether at Delaware Tech or another institution.
