SCAT offers a 50% discount on SCAT tickets for seniors and persons with disabilities. Must use participating taxicab companies. Riders present coupons to taxi cab driver for fare. Purchase tickets at DART First State offices, any DART First State transportation store, Luther Towers, Milford Senior Center, Mishoe Towers, and the Modern Maturity Center. Riders are required to complete an application. Must have Dart First State ID to use service.
