Plummer Center is one of three sites that falls under New Castle County Community Correction and serves the State of Delaware Department of Correction as an open community based work/education release facility.Offenders have an opportunity to prepare for the responsibility of community life by finding employment, to utilize existing resources to assist the offender educationally, psychologically and socially to change themselves and those conditions that brought then into the criminal justice system.Plummer Center also operates the Intensive Community Supervision Program which allows offenders to remain in the community with very high levels of supervision.
