Division of Developmental Disabilities Services, Administration

This is the administrative office for the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services, (DHSS) It oversees and monitors all programs and services for eligible consumers. The following programs/services are directly administered from the Director’s office: Intake procedures, client benefits, contract management, PASARR Level ll determinations, OBRA specialized services, HCB waivered services, PM 46 and client rights complaints, appeals, policy development, staff development, quality improvement, and budgeting.
