Friendship House Wilmington Empowerment Center is a safe place for men and women that provides hospitality, access to telephone, computer and mailing address.  Program includes: Emergency financial assistance transportation to and from medical appointments, prescription assistance, clothing and a small emergency food pantry.DOES NOT PROVIDE SHOWERS – REFER TO ST.
