The Housing Alliance Delaware is a nonprofit an organization that partners with other agencies and community stakeholders to address issues related to homelessness. HPC areas of focus includes:the Continuum of Care application, Point-In-Time Studies, the Community Management Information System (CMIS) and Advocacy.
