The Court of Chancery has jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters in equity, when monetary damages are not enough to provide remedy for the alleged wrong. Litigation in the Court of Chancery consists largely of corporate matters, partnership trust, estate and other financial matters, disputes involving the purchase and sale of land, and questions of title to real estate. The Court of Chancery sits without juries.
