Judicial Branch, Family Court Resource Center – New Castle County

The Family Court Resource Center provides litigants with a central location where they can find resources to help guide them through the legal process. At the Resource Center, litigants have access to a variety of FAQ’s, instruction packets, official Court forms, an attorney roster, computers for reviewing the Delaware Code, photocopiers, and friendly staff to assist you with notarization and non-legal questions. Instruction packets for each case type are available for $5.00 and include a packet of Court forms for you to file. These same packets are also available online, free of charge.
