Houses various state and private human service providers including Youth Rehabilitation services, Public Health, Social Services and Vocational Rehabilitation. Services provided by the State Service Center include: Toys for Tots, Community Resource Assistance Services, emergency food closet, FEMA and the RAP (rent deposit program)
