Milford Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) Self Help Housing program,allows participants to become homeowners by participating in the Self-Help Housing Program. Families are grouped together with a construction trainer and build each others homes. It’s neighbor helping neighbor. No down payment is required, your swear equity is all it takes.
