NCCPD Hero Help Addiction and Behavioral Health Assistance

NCCPD Hero Help Addiction and Behavioral Health Assistance addresses the needs of persons with SUD and any co-occurring SUD/MH conditions who are involved in or are at risk of becoming involved in the criminal justice system. We also assist individuals who are self-referral who are interested in treatment and services for their SUD or MH disorder. We provide ongoing case management for as long as the individual would like. This is a voluntary program for Delaware residents ages 18 and older.
