Oxford Houses of Delaware offers housing and rehabilitative support for the alcoholic or addict who wants to stop drinking and using and stay stopped.Family setting, simply living together with three basic understandings:(1) The House must be run on a Democratic basis, decisions affecting the group are decided by a Majority vote.(2) The House must be financially self-supporting; everyone pays an equal share of household expenses.(3) Any resident who drinks alcohol or uses drugs must be immediately expelled.
