Porter State Service Center, Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic

Provides a variety of preventive health services for those who meet the eligibility requirements and/or sliding scale fee. Services include Family Planning (male and female of reproductive age), pregnancy testing and counseling, birth control options and counseling, breast and pap exams for cancer, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) services, HIV/AIDS testing and health education.
