Summer Fan Drive for Seniors

July 3, 2014:  Wilmington kicks off its senior fan drive on what’s so far been the hottest day this year. Free fans will go to senior citizens who don’t have air conditioning and cannot otherwise afford a fan.  Fans must be picked up from the Office of Constituent Services in the City/County building, located at 800 North French Street, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
