University of Delaware, 4-H Youth Program - Sussex County

The 4-H Youth Program of  New Castle County offers informal out-of-school enrichment programs for youth ages 5-19 years. The program emphasizes leadership development and educational enrichment and also provides training for adults who work with youth in various settings.
