Charleston Place offers one and two bedroom uints. They are all ground floor units with interior and exterior entrances. Each unit has their own washer and dryer. The property is a Rural Development (RD) property and must be atleast 62 years of age. If the Head of Household or Co-Head of Household is disabled, they may also qualify as a resident regardless of age.
