The Child Abuse and/or Neglect Report Line is a 24-hour hotline operated by the State Division of Family Services. Any Delawarean who knows, or in good faith, suspects child abuse or neglect, under Delaware Law, must report the case to the Division of Family Services. Anonymous calls will be accepted.
