Provides care for children of all ages (birth to 17); all racial and ethnic backgrounds; with acute or chronic medical conditions; with complex emotional and behavioral patterns arising from trauma, abuse or neglect; teens and teen mother with their babies.Offer voluntary foster care, a short-term care for newborn infants when parent(s) are undecided about placing with relative, choosing adoption or caring for the child him or herself. CFF offers information sessions the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6pm.Fostering Permanency, works with youth in foster care ages 10 to 17 who are at risk of aging out of foster care. The program helps those youth in foster care to connect to family members or other caring adults for permanent placement using the Family Search and Engagement model.
