Community Legal Aid Society, Disabilities Law Program – New Castle County

Protects the rights of people with physical and mental disabilities.  Provides counsel and advice, negotiation, representation, in administrative and court proceedings, individual and systems advocacy. This program is located in the Community Services Building.
