The Community Reentry Services Program take a whole-person approach to case management, connecting program participants with services and resources to improve the individual's overalll wellness, and reduce the risk of re-offending. Case managers and participants discuss each individual's history and current needs, and together they create a plan to work on the individual's goals.This program can assist with or help participants access: - GED/high school diploma - College or certificate programs - Vocational training programs - Social Services - Housing - Basic Needs (food, clothing, ID, etc.) - Job readiness skill building, job search, and employment - Family Support Services - Sunstance abuse services & mental health services - Healthcare
