No direct admisson into Assisted Living (must start in Independent Living.Country House is a continuing care retirement community that includes independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, and specialized care for dementia. Individuals enter the community in an apartment situation and progress to the Health Center, if needed. Prior to entry, the prospective resident is evaluated to ensure that he/she will be able to live independently in the apartment or cottage. There are both traditional and refundable entry fee options available. A higher entry fee is required if the refundable option is selected which allows 50% of the entrance fee to be refunded when the resident leaves. Pets are welcome. There are many apartment floor plans and sizes.
