Department of Labor serves the State of Delaware by providing qualified applicants to employers, payment of temporary benefits to unemployed, job training and career development, services to the handicapped, labor market information, safety consultations, enforcement of wage and hour laws, and advocacy and advisory services for issues impacting women. Administers the following Divisions and Offices: Employment and Training, Industrial Affairs, Occupational and Labor Market Information, Unemployment Insurance, Vocational Rehabilitation, Commission for Women and the Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
