To make a relay call from a voice telephone call 7-1-1 or 1-800-232-5470, provide the telephone number you are trying to reach. Speak as if you are talking directly to the person you are calling. To make a relay call from a text telephone call 7-1-1 or 1-800-232-5460, provide the telephone number you are trying to reach. Once your call is connected, type your part of the conversation.
