The Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA) provides information about DSWA’s facilities and programs and assists citizens with their inquiries, complaints, concerns, and suggestions. DSWA provides many recycling programs such as, Oil Filter Recycling, Electronic Goods Recycling, and Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program. Household Hazardous waste is accepted from Delaware residents only at various locations throughout the state. DSWA provides this household hazardous waste program on selected dates throughout the year.
