The Division of Employment and Training provides a wide variety of one-stop integrated employment and training through occupational skills training programs, re-employment services, employer services automated self services, user friendly career resource centers and through matching job seekers with employment opportunities. Special programs exist for veterans, dislocated workers and the economically disadvantaged. Services can be easily accessed by visiting one of our four Delaware Job Centers and/or through Delaware Job Link. DJL is a career network system that provides access to a full range of workforce development information about job openings, training, support services, labor market information and occupational trends.
