The Division of Employment and Training provides a wide variety of one-stop integrated employment and training services through occupational skill training programs, re-employment services, employer services, user friendly career resource centers and matching job seekers with employment opportunities. Special programs exist for veterans, dislocated workers and the economically disadvantaged. Services can be easily accessed by visiting one of our four Delaware One Stop Offices and /or through our Delaware JobLink DJL) The DJL is a career network system that provides access to a full range of workforce developmental information about job openings, training, supportive services, labor market information and occupational trends.
