The Division of Employment and Training provides a wide variety of one-stop integrated employment and training services through occupational skills training programs, reemployment services, employer services automated self-service, user friendly career resource centers, and trough matching job seekers with employment opportunities. Special programs exist for veterans, dislocated workers and the economically disadvantage. Services can be easily accessed by visiting one of our four Delaware One Stop Offices and/or through our Delaware Joblink. (DJL) The DJL is a career network system that provides access to a full range of workforce development information about job openings, training, support services, labor market information, and occupational trends. DJL links employers and job seekers to key internet sites: America’s Job Bank and America’s Career InfoNet. DJL can be located at www.joblink.delaware.gov.
