The Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement provides server training to all individuals who serve alcohol in the state of Delaware. Also operate the Cooperating Underage Witness Program for youth ages 15-17. They are paid per hour to work with agents to attempt to buy tobacco products. Training is provided.
