Serves the citizens of Delaware by providing funding for over 100 highway safety-related education and enforcement programs. The Office of Highway Safety (OHS) is committed to developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy aimed at saving lives and preventing injuries on our highways. Safety Education consists of: Child Car Seat Checks, Graduated Drivers License High School Program, Pedestrian Safety Awareness, Corporate Outreach Program.
