Birth to Three provides early intervention services for young children (birth to 3 years) who have or are at risk for having developmental delays. Birth to Three works closely with the family to ensure that early identification and intervention are provided. Services, for eligible children, include service coordination to monitor the child’s progress, referral to and monitoring of early intervention services and assistance with transition from the program.
