This program pays for cancer treatment services for eligible clients for a period of 24 months after the date treatment is initiated. Individual must be ineligible for Medicaid, Medicare, Breast and Cervical Program with no comprehensive health insurance coverage.DCTP pays for Cancer Treatment for uninsured Delaware Residents.  In order to qualify, applicants must be a Delaware resident diagnosed on or after July 1, 2004, be uninsured, over 18, have a household income less the 650% of the Federal Poverty Level, and have a Certificate of Diagnosis from the doctor.  Beginning 7/1/07 the program will pay for two years of treatment.  Undocumented immigrants are eligible for the program.
