The Tobacco Prevention and Control Program has a tobacco center of educational materials. Health educators from the program are available to provide presentations and education programs. Contact Person: Denese Bell The Tobacco Prevention and Control Program also sponsor the Delaware Quitline smoking cessation phone line where individuals are able to talk to a specialist providing motivational support. Depending on eligibility, the following services may also be provided: follow-up telephone support, a quit-smoking workbook, referral to specially trained face to face counselors, informational “quit kit” and vouchers for non-smoking aids such as nicotine patches and gum.
