Dunbarton Village Apartments offers some of their affordable apartments in five sections. Three sections are multi-family and two are exclusive to disabled and elderly. They are spacious one- and two-bedroom garden apartment homes for multi-families and one-bedrooms for disabled and elderly. Dunbarton offers 24 hour emergency maintenance. Dunbarton Village and Dunbarton 4, disabled and elder apartments only, is 100 percent subsidized. Dunbarton 1,2,and 3 is a multi-family community and not 100 percent subsidized.
