The adult day program is for adults with “acquired” disabilities or physical limitations and is a very affordable alternative to nursing care. Typical disabilities include stroke survivor, MS and other neurological conditions, orthopedic/physical impairments, stroke, frail/elderly and many others. The program offers a safe, warm and interactive environment with activities for the participant. Nurse is on staff to help with medical needs. Personal hygiene/transfer assistance. Transportation and meals. Other on-site services include therapy services (i.e. physical therapy) and assistive technology services to help participants maximize independence at home and at work.
