Weston offers services for adults who are in need of daytime assistance and/or supervision. Clients include adults who are exiting rehabilitation centers; living with Alzheimer’s Disease and other related forms of dementia; challenged with physical disabilities; and/or those who cannot be left alone at home. A wide variety of activities are offered allowing those with similar strengths to participate together; two snacks and one meal are provided each day. The secured setting offers a safe environment for persons living with Alzheimer’s Disease or other related forms of dementia. With a nurse on staff, physical concerns are managed in a safe, professional manner. Medicaid waiver approved.
