Main Towers is a subsidized high rise facility for the elderly, handicapped and disabled located in the city of Newark. It is a 150 suite facility with 1 bedroom units. Kitchens are fully equipped. It is in walking distance of the Newark Senior Center, banks, and the library. There is free bus service for Newark that stops at the Main Towers entrance. Main Towers is a HUD facility. An application must be completed. Gross income is established after deducting medical expenses. Twenty-four hour maintenance is provided. Pets are accepted if under 20 pounds.
