Committee operates a food closet (Newark United Methodist Church), collects, assembles and distributes Christmas Food boxes, and provides financial assistance for rent, utilities, motel stays, prescription medications, shoes for adults/children to Newark residents. The committe also includes Val’s Needy Family Fund. .
