PAL youth crime prevention programs are focused in three areas: recreation, social and education. PAL programs have included: tutoring, camp scholarships, crafts, life skills,computer classes, basketball, drug seminars, karate, soccer, self-esteem seminars, bike safety, mentor program, weight training, and more. There are two PAL Youth Activities Centers: 26 Karlyn Drive, New Castle, Delaware 19720 and 7259 Lancaster Pike, P.O. Box 1111, Hockessin , Delaware 19707.
