Connected by trails, these parks are the perfect place to relax, hike, picnic, or just enjoy the beauty of the famous Brandywine River.The main areas of Wilmington State Parks are: Brandywine Park (including the Brandywine Zoo and Baynard Stadium); Rockford Park; H. Fletcher Brown Park; and Alapocas Woods Natural Area.Hours: Parks – 8 a.m. to sunsetParking lots: 8 a.m. to sunsetBrandywine Zoo: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. dailyFees: No park entrance fee is required, however, Brandywine Zoo does collect an admission fee.
